My vision is for a world where we are living more consciously, compassionately and freely.

A world where we are living in balance, harmony and alignment with ourselves, each other and the planet.

A world where we can live from our Essence moment to moment and enjoy all of the magic, abundance and beauty of life.

What is Inner Alchemy?

We are living at a pivotal moment in human and planetary evolution.

So many of us feel it — the quiet (or not so quiet) knowing that the way we’ve been living is out of balance. Within ourselves. With one another. With the Earth. The unjust and unsustainable systems around us — and the unconscious patterns within us — have created fear, anxiety, inequity, disconnection, and spiritual exhaustion.

And yet… something is shifting.

Consciousness is expanding. Old paradigms are beginning to crumble. More and more people are waking up to the truth that there is more to who they are — and more to life — than the inherited scripts we’ve been handed.

This is Inner Alchemy.

Inner Alchemy is the sacred, courageous process of transformation from the inside out. It rests on three core pillars:

  1. Awaken: Waking up to the truth of who we are beyond our roles, wounds, and conditioning. Remembering our wholeness, our oneness, our eternal essence and true nature. This is the return to awareness.

  2. Alchemize: Bringing loving consciousness to our patterns, trauma, shame, and subconscious programming — and transmuting them. Releasing what no longer serves. Rewiring what keeps us small. Reclaiming our power so we can live in alignment with our deepest truth.

  3. Align: Integrating that inner transformation into how we live, lead, relate, create, and serve. Aligning our thoughts, actions, and choices so we can consciously build lives, communities, organizations, and a planet where all can thrive.

Inner Alchemy is not about fixing yourself.
It is about remembering who you have always been.

About Me

I’m Nataliie! 41, a proud mama of two beautifully wild rebel girls, and an entrepreneur devoted to bridging business, finance, and personal growth.

My passion is supporting courageous humans to design lives they truly love — rooted in purpose, joy, and meaningful impact for their families, communities, and the world.

My work is the genesis of a 20-year personal and spiritual journey. It weaves together coaching, Reiki, ancient wisdom traditions and philosophies, nervous system work, neural manifestation, and embodiment practices — bringing these powerful tools together to meet you exactly where you are and support you for your highest and greatest good.

This work is also grounded in over 20 years of experience in finance, investment, and corporate leadership — working with multilateral development finance institutions, commercial and impact investment firms, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. I’ve lived in the worlds of strategy, capital, and systems change. I understand how power, money, and structures move.

Bridging these worlds has been my own initiation — finding my authentic voice, aligning my work with my values, and creating a way of serving that feels true, integrated, and alive.
